Clockwork Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in fast food restaurant remodels and new construction along with other commercial remodel and new buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Perform various trades including wood carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation and taping, FRP installation, concrete, installation of doors, frames and hardware, etc. as needed.
Installation of Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment.
Track and report hours worked
Follow direction of Superintendent/lead carpenter on daily tasks to be performed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry
Proficient reading plan and other construction documentation
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Available to work extended hours as required
Motor vehicle driving record that is consistent with Company standards and policies
Able to travel as needed
Compensation: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
