Construction Laborer

We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers for a construction client in Evansville, IN. We're looking for candidates with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and previous outdoor or physically demanding work experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform general construction and jobsite labor.
• Assist crews with materials, tools, and site preparation.
• Perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outdoor work experience such as construction, concrete, landscaping, utilities, or similar work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors.
• Ability to work 9–12 hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays during the summer schedule when needed.
• Previous employees may be considered for rehire based on eligibility and reason for separation.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5-day workweek
• Typically 9–12 hour days
• Summer schedule may include Saturday work
• No per diem is provided for this position
