We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious construction professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily construction operations, work effectively with supervisors, crews, subcontractors, and other trades, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company quality standards.
Assist with daily construction activities and project operations.
Follow instructions from project managers, supervisors, and foremen.
Coordinate and communicate with crew members, subcontractors, and other trades.
Maintain a safe and organized construction site at all times.
Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate tools and equipment safely and according to company procedures.
Help prepare, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
Follow project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.
Identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or project issues promptly.
Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project.
Work efficiently as part of a team and assist other trades when needed.
Protect company property, tools, materials, and completed work from damage.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required deadlines.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable construction regulations.
Maintain professional communication and a strong work ethic while representing the company on job sites.
