The Construction Laborer plays a vital role in supporting residential construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and assisting with different phases of construction including demolition, remodeling, and finishing work. Working primarily in small teams, this role reports to the Site Supervisor and requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following instructions to ensure efficient project completion.
Responsibilities
Prepare construction sites for building activities
Handle and transport materials on-site
Assist with demolition and cleanup tasks
Support remodeling and framing work
Perform flooring, drywall, painting, electrical, and plumbing assistance
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the job site
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in construction
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with basic construction tools
Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
Commitment to safety compliance
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
