What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll work alongside an experienced crew helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing job sites and protecting customers' homes
• Unloading tools, equipment, and materials
• Jackhammering and removing concrete floors
• Digging trenches for drainage systems
• Installing waterproofing and drainage components
• Carrying concrete, gravel, stone, and other materials
• Assisting with sump pump and drainage installations
• Using hand tools and power tools safely
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with your Foreman to complete high-quality projects

No two projects are exactly alike, so you'll stay active, continue learning, and develop new skills every week.

Experience in construction, landscaping, demolition, concrete, excavation, roofing, framing, or similar trades is an asset--but not required.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

What to Expect

This is physically demanding work.

You'll spend your day lifting, digging, kneeling, carrying materials, operating power tools, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
