This is a general laborer role for a Multi-Family housing construction project in Lacey and Tacoma. No prior experience required. This is a Section 3 opportunity for individuals making 80% or below AMI.
We are specifically looking for:
1. Targeted Section 3 workers (Top Priority)

a. You live near:
- Tacoma: 3 miles from Home Depot 7050 Tacoma Mall Blvd, Tacoma
- Lacey: 1 mile from Encore Furniture & Books; 4011 14th Ave SE, Lacey
- Lakewood: 3 miles from Kiwanis Park; 6002 Fairlawn Drive SW, Lakewood
b. Or are a YouthBuild participant
2. Section 3 workers
You may qualify if:
a. You earn $63,100/year or less
b. A resident of public housing, or receive section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher holder)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (with a decent driving record)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependability (show up on time, consistently)
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team
- Good attitude and work ethic
