Construction Laborer – Post Frame & Framing Crew

We are hiring Laborers to join our construction crews building post frame structures, framed buildings, siding, roofing systems, and light concrete work.

This is an entry-level position with a clear path to becoming a skilled carpenter. You will work under a Foreman and alongside experienced carpenters who will train you. You are expected to work hard, learn fast, and earn your place on the crew.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, siding, roofing, and general construction tasks
• Carry materials, set up tools, and keep the job site organized
• Follow instructions from the Foreman and Skilled Carpenters
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Support the crew to keep production moving
• Learn construction skills through hands-on work

Skill & Experience Level

• Entry-level position; no prior construction experience required, but must have a basic understanding of common hand tools and how to use them safely
• Basic ability to use hand tools (hammer, tape measure, saw) is required
• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in all conditions
• Willingness to learn construction skills quickly
• Must be fit and able to work in rafters, on roofs, and on scaffolding
