We are currently seeking Foundation Repair Laborers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
- - Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
- - Safely operate company tools and equipment
- - Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- - Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
- - Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- - Assist with other tasks as assigned
- - Heavy equipment experience a plus (not required)
Requirements:
- - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- - Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
- - Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
- - Previous foundation repair or construction experience is a plus, but not required
