As a Construction Laborer, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for
- Assist carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to keep projects moving smoothly
- Load and unload materials to support daily construction needs
- Prepare job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency
- Help with demolitions and safely remove debris
- Use basic hand and power tools to assist with tasks as directed, including general framing/siding support
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Some construction or general labor experience (6 months preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the day
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and project procedures
- Comfort using a tape measure for basic measurement tasks
