Construction laborer

Local Construction Company / Remodel Laborer

Job Duties:

• Assist in demolition work, including the removal of old fixtures, walls, and flooring.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as framing, installing drywall, and trim work.
• Assist with painting, sanding, and prepping surfaces for finishing.
• Help with the installation of flooring, cabinets, windows, and doors.
• Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring they are organized and readily available.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Support skilled tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have a clean background.
• Pass a drug screen.
