POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Construction Laborers

Pay Rate: $15 - $20

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Walk the site throughout the day to identify safety concerns
• Monitor PPE compliance
• Inspect access paths, ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment
• Document observations and communicate concerns to project team
• Assist with safety documentation, pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and worker orientations

REQUIREMENTS

• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• OSHA 30 Construction card
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED training
• Previous commercial construction site experience
• Ability to recognize common construction hazards
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Reliable transportation to the site

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with daily safety reports, JHAs, JSAs, or pre-task plans
• Familiarity with fall protection, aerial lifts, scaffolding, and ladders
