This position assists in the capital project construction and maintenance construction through planning, scheduling of resources and the requisitioning of material. Position Qualifications:This requires High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; a BS degree in an engineering or technical field is preferred. Requires 5 years' experience in maintenance, construction, or operations, or assessed as qualified by the Assistant Maintenance Manager and or the Maintenance / Engineering Manager. This requires excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills. Requires a working knowledge of mechanical repairs, welding practices, pipefitting, carpentry, instrumentation and electrical. Must have experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word. Working knowledge of Primavera planning software is preferred. This requires successful completion of training requirements as outlined by the Maintenance Department. Must have successfully completed and passed a Functional Job Capacity Evaluation (FCE).
