About the RoleThis role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on case management, and the chance to work closely with accomplished litigators on challenging and impactful matters.ResponsibilitiesManage complex commercial disputes with a focus on construction related litigation.Represent contractors, developers, design professionals, and other industry participants.Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.Take ownership of cases and engage in meaningful client interaction.Qualifications4-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including demonstrated experience in construction litigation.Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required).Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (a plus).Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff.Required SkillsStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage matters independently.Preferred SkillsExperience in construction litigation.Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar.Pay range and compensation packageThe anticipated salary range for this role is $155,000 - $195,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
