HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Long Island based Law Firm that has been in operation for 30+ years with multiple offices across that is looking to add a Construction Litigation Associate to their growing team in Nassau County.
We Offer:
Pay: $120-170k Base Salary plus Bonus
Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $25K

Construction Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
Representing commercial construction clients across the New York metropolitan area in complex litigation, claims, and dispute resolution
Managing all phases of construction litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court for a diverse client base of developers, contractors, and design professionals
Construction Litigation Associate Qualifications:
2 7 years of Construction Litigation Defense experience
Active NYS Bar License
