What your future day will look like:
Work directly with developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties on construction-related matters.
Support commercial, industrial, institutional, and heavy civil projects throughout the Southeast.
Analyze risk, develop strategies, and help clients drive successful project outcomes.
Manage an active caseload with increasing autonomy while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate closely with members of the construction litigation team using modern technology and tools.
Contribute to business development efforts and long-term client relationships.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Experience working with construction industry clients and project stakeholders
Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
Comfort using technology to collaborate and manage casework efficiently
Desire to grow professionally; portable book of business is a plus
5-7 Years of Litigation Experience, Ideally in Construction
