A well-established litigation-focused law firm is seeking a talented Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong construction litigation experience who wants sophisticated work, meaningful client interaction, and a more flexible environment without the pressure of a traditional billable-hour requirement.

Job Details
3–10 years of legal experience with a focus on construction litigation.
Experience handling construction disputes, construction defect matters, or related commercial litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively with a team.
Excellent client-service and communication skills.
Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
