Remote Construction Litigation Attorney: Pennsylvania Practice, Zero Commute

Our client, a well-established firm with a strong Pittsburgh construction practice, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The group represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in construction disputes across Pennsylvania.

This role is fully remote for Pennsylvania-based attorneys, with occasional travel for court appearances, depositions, mediations, and site visits as needed.

What You'll Do

• Litigate construction defect, delay, payment, and breach of contract disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
• Review and negotiate construction contracts and advise clients on claims and risk
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of construction litigation or complex civil litigation experience
• Must reside in Pennsylvania and be available for occasional in-person appearances
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivation and organization to work productively in a remote setting
