Job Details
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as a licensed attorney in California
  • Substantial experience drafting pleadings and handling written discovery
  • Strong legal research and motion practice experience
  • Civil litigation background required
  • Construction law experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and produce high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to client service and teamwork
