Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of construction litigation experience, and we welcome all experience levels to apply.ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self‑st builders who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters, with trial experience preferred.
