Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of construction litigation experience, and we welcome all experience levels to apply. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self‑starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates will work with a collaborative team under the direction of skilled leaders and trial attorneys.
