Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida's largest full‑service civil litigation firm, continues to grow and is currently seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal for its Tampa office.Qualified candidates must be a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or Certified Paralegal (CP), or hold a paralegal degree or certificate from an ABA‑approved program. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant paralegal experience, with a strong background in insurance defense litigation and Florida construction disputes. Ideal applicants will be knowledgeable in all phases of Florida Construction defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction‑related matters. Trial experience is a plus.
