The Construction Loan Management Partner (CLMP) is responsible for managing an assigned pipeline of Construction to Permanent (C2P) loans from initial closing when the construction phase starts through final conversion to permanent financing.
The CLMP serves as the primary relationship manager during the construction phase, delivering a concierge level, world class service experience to borrowers, builders, retailers, and construction related vendors. Through proactive pipeline management, timely draw and conversion execution, and disciplined documentation, the CLMP ensures a smooth construction process while meeting service level commitments and minimizing risk to UHM.

Concierge Calls & Onboarding
Conduct Concierge Calls each time a new construction loan enters the pipeline
Contact both the borrower and the builder to:
Explain how the construction loan process works
Review draw procedures, timelines, and responsibilities
Level set expectations for communication, documentation, and conversion
Establish trust and clear communication standards at the start of construction
Construction Draw Administration
Relationship Management & Service Delivery
Deliver world class service to:
Borrowers
Builders and retailers
Third party vendors (inspectors, survey providers, title companies, certificate providers, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships through professionalism, reliability, and proactive communication
Serve as a knowledgeable, responsive point of contact throughout the construction phase
Construction Period Extensions
