Description

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management services for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking a Construction Logistics Specialist II to support one of the nation's busiest airport modernization programs. This position focuses on temporary wayfinding, construction logistics coordination, signage planning, stakeholder communication, and project support across multiple airport improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate temporary wayfinding strategies that support safe and efficient pedestrian flow during construction.
  • Evaluate signage quality, placement, and compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent wayfinding projects with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Review project schedules, phasing plans, site logistics plans, and design drawings to identify wayfinding impacts.
  • Develop wayfinding concepts, location plans, and pedestrian travel paths.
  • Coordinate the planning, production, and installation of temporary signage.
  • Conduct field walks to evaluate signage effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor production and installation schedules across multiple projects.
  • Prepare wayfinding plans, maps, newsletters, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure consistency, readability, branding, and quality across all visual materials.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably supporting airport or other large, complex capital improvement programs.
  • Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret project schedules, Gantt charts, design drawings, and construction phasing plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting airport construction or aviation capital improvement programs.
  • Knowledge of temporary wayfinding systems and signage best practices.
  • Experience reviewing site logistics plans and construction phasing.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP, or other related certifications.
