    Description

    The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

    We are seeking a Construction Logistics Specialist IV to support one of the nation's busiest airport modernization programs. In this role, you will coordinate construction logistics, roadway and terminal activities, utility shutdowns, project phasing, and stakeholder communications to help minimize operational impacts while supporting multiple airport improvement projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate construction activities between airport operations, contractors, and project teams.
    • Review project phasing, logistics plans, and schedules to identify potential conflicts.
    • Recommend solutions that minimize construction impacts on airport operations, tenants, and passengers.
    • Monitor upcoming construction activities, barricades, utility shutdowns, and roadway impacts.
    • Coordinate with utility shutdown experts and engineering teams.
    • Review Area Shutdown Requests (ASRs) to ensure compliance with LAWA standards.
    • Develop tracking tools, reports, and executive briefing materials.
    • Attend daily project coordination meetings and communicate project impacts to stakeholders.
    • Interpret construction drawings, project schedules, and Gantt charts.
    • Coordinate with third-party agencies and contractors whose work may overlap.
    • Support the Coordination and Logistics Management (CALM) program by maintaining accurate project information.
    • Prepare monthly and annual reports highlighting team accomplishments.


    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or another related technical field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 20 or more years of professional experience supporting airport construction programs or other large, complex capital improvement programs.
    • Strong experience coordinating multiple concurrent construction projects.
    • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, maps, and Gantt charts.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting airport capital improvement programs.
    • Experience coordinating roadway, terminal, or utility shutdown activities.
    • Knowledge of construction logistics planning and conflict resolution.
    • Familiarity with wayfinding concepts and mapping technologies.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP, or similar credentials.

    Technical Skills

    Experience with:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Bluebeam
    • Digital document management and report preparation
