We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to support our construction team with general maintenance, repairs, and minor construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a variety of trades and the ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial job sites.
- Assist with basic construction tasks such as framing, drywall, painting, and finishing work.
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
- Install fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow project timelines and safety standards on all job sites.
- Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in handyman work, construction, or maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if required).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors on construction sites.
- Physical labor required, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- May require travel between job locations.
