Responsibilities include documenting issues, analyzing root causes, leading discussions on efficiency enhancements, and developing process documentation and tools.
Requires over 5 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management, with knowledge of safety, lean practices, and construction best practices.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Desired qualifications include a related degree and electrical transmission industry experience.
Travel is 50-90%, primarily within southeastern Ohio, WV, or western MD, with minimal overnight stays.
