CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

This role involves managing multiple priorities and providing technical recommendations for complex construction contract issues.

You will handle contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure timely responses and facilitate project progress.

Utilizing knowledge of construction safety principles, you will oversee project administration to minimize safety incidents.

You will assist in negotiating contract modifications within established thresholds, working under the guidance of the Contracting Officer to ensure fair and reasonable costs.
