Job Title: Construction Manager 2
Location: San Antonio , TX
Salary Range: $70/hr to $80/hr on W2
Introduction
The Construction Manager 2 role supports retrofit construction projects in active Datacenters, providing a unique and varied experience. This position involves planning, coordinating, and tracking project execution to ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering.
Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects.
Foundational knowledge in construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
Proficiency with client tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, OneNote) and PMIS tools such as Procore.
Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering.
Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Attend project meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare project reports.
Support logistics for active and developing projects.
