Job Title: Construction Manager 5
Location: Columbus , OH
Salary Range: $80/hr to $110/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management, particularly in heavy civil work and critical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating construction activities to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
CCM, PMI, or PMP certification preferred.
10 years of construction experience, including 5 years focused on horizontal and heavy civil projects.
Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings (10 years of experience).
Experience in managing project cost and schedule (10 years of experience).
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
