Salary Range: $110/hr to $117/hr on W2
Introduction
The organization is responsible for delivering datacenter campus sites to a condition ready for permanent works to support construction of Data Centers. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build out the Client’s cloud, the network that powers the world’s largest online services. The Early Works Construction Project Manager oversees the planning, compliance, and progress of the Early Works General Contractor. He or she will direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities in the field for onsite delivery of projects with a wide variety of unique requirements favoring civil specialties including site earthworks, building demolition, environmental remediation, grading and vegetation removal, and substation pad construction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in construction management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Depth of knowledge and experience in heavy civil with a broad variety of construction means and methods.
- Early identification of construction complexities that will influence the delivery of Early Works sites.
- Value engineering as it applies to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Reviews prior projects to gather lessons learned and apply to new projects.
- Regular internal reporting of project status and costs to meet KPIs.
- Serve as the project single source of construction expertise during the design of Early Works projects and communicate delivery status and progress.
- Coordinate meetings with the design team, execution manager, land development managers, and others as required.
- General knowledge and experience with a broad variety of construction means and methods.
- Fluent in business English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Work well within a fast-paced organization who is a self-starter, process-minded, and collaborative.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

- Demonstrated track record of a willingness and ability to consistently dive deep into project delivery, creative problem solving, and the ability to push past barriers to achieve full project execution.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
