Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

    About the Role:

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering

large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and

complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on

    budget.

    What You'll Be Working On:

Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope,

    MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out

Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety

Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC

    distribution, and interior layout changes

Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders

Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards

Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning

    teams

Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost

Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering,

    Architecture, or related field

5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)

    Experience with large commercial/industrial projects

Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems

Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam

Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills

    Ability to travel ~30%

    Bonus Points

    Data center or mission-critical experience

    Managed $100M+ project scopes

    Lean construction or sustainability experience

Heavy MEP or electrical systems background
