Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Coordinate schedules, resources, and project teams across multiple active projects Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and ensure project success MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20M+ preferred Strong financial, organizational, and client communication skills Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Hospitality, hotel, office, or commercial project experience strongly preferred
