Construction Manager - commercial & hospitality construction

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the Tampa market. This role combines financial management, client leadership, and project execution, with responsibility for multiple projects at varying stages of development.

Description

* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and project teams across multiple active projects
* Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and ensure project success

Profile

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
* Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20M+ preferred
* Strong financial, organizational, and client communication skills
* Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Hospitality, hotel, office, or commercial project experience strongly preferred

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + bonus + ESOP
