Construction Manager – Industrial Projects
Based in Rochester, NY (Regional Travel)

$100K – $125K + Benefits
We’re partnering with a growing industrial services organization to hire a Construction Manager to lead complex facility construction and equipment installation projects.
This role owns full project execution — from estimating and planning through field execution and closeout — across industries like manufacturing, energy, chemical, and pharma.
What you’ll lead:
• End-to-end execution of industrial construction and installation projects
• Scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance
• Field teams, subcontractors, and fabrication coordination
• Mechanical and electrical installations (rigging, piping, system integration)
• Project planning, estimating, and resource management
• Client communication and cross-functional coordination
• Safety programs and OSHA compliance across all job sites
Qualifications:
• 5–10+ years in construction management or industrial project execution
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical installations
• Experience leading field teams and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, schematics, construction docs)
• Experience in industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma)
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred:
• OSHA 30 certification
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
