Description

  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling of education and commercial construction projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to meet design specifications and client expectations
  • Lead communication with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and issue resolution
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+
  • Construction Management or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-perform project management experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Passion for delivering high-impact construction projects
