Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be adept at managing project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
- Must be a licensed General Contractor
- Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Some travel may be required
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, engineers, and architects.
- Review and approve project timelines, contracts, and change orders.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise site personnel and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Provide regular project updates to executive management.
