What you will do:
The Fire Alarm Construction Manager will demonstrate management/leadership abilities including: training, team building, job management, district administration, and effective interaction with customers.
How you will do it:
This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership and direction to the installation department. Set and manage productivity and performance expectations for direct reports. Must be able to motivate employees; maintain and enhance a positive work environment utilizing management best practices. Ensure safety and industry training is current and documented for all techs and that they have all the appropriate information prior to arrival at the job site. Maintain schedule of installers and track hours assigned to projects. Work in conjunction with the Operations team to complete work as needed. Provide accurate project status updates during WIP meetings. Conduct regular job site safety walkthroughs and EHS evaluations as well as accident investigations. May help interview and/or evaluate employees and apprentices. You must be proficient in developing business strategies, implement action plans to meet and/or exceed corporate goals and objectives. Set goals and objectives for subordinates, communicate expectations to employees and periodically review subordinates performance.
What we look for:
Hiring Salary Range:
$97,400-$146,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
