Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.
• Manage walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
• Act as a critical bridge between field operations and customer leadership.
• Address logistical challenges and resolve conflicts to keep construction activities on track.
• Survey and observe contractor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 11 - 15 years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex negotiations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience in substation or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
