Construction Manager

Brighton Solutions is seeking a telecommunications Construction Manager to support Wisconsin and northern Illinois projects. We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Construction Manager to oversee field operations for fiber, wireless, and structured cabling projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field construction activities for telecom builds (fiber, wireless, small cell, OSP/ISP).

• Manage and schedule crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

• Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity.

• Track progress, document work completed, and provide regular field reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of telecom construction or field management experience.

• Strong knowledge of OSP/ISP construction methods and industry safety practices.

• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret technical specifications.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites.
