POSITION OVERVIEW
An experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software. Construction Manager and construction phase support for our Mount Holly, NJ office.
Degree Engineer; PE Preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
· Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
· Read and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate project execution
· Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
· Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project coordination
· Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficient in construction documents reading and interpretation
· Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
· Experience with construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools
· Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling
· Previous experience in construction site management is preferred
· Higher Certification and/or Certifications in Underground Utilities, Water/Wastewater Plants or Building Construction is a plus
