Summary
Lidl US is searching for the next Construction Manager to join our Regional Real Estate & Construction team! The Construction Manager is responsible for the design and construction of the physical structures needed to conduct Lidl's daily operations within the high-density Northern New Jersey market, including new store builds, adaptive reuses, offices, and special construction projects. This role ensures regional projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards while navigating local municipal zoning, environmental regulations, and unique Tri-State market constraints to meet the needs of the business.
