Job Description
The Construction Manager leads the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent retrofit, renovation, expansion, and tenant improvement projects across a U.S. fulfillment and industrial facilities network. This role oversees projects from early preconstruction planning through design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and operational handoff. The Construction Manager manages approximately 5-10 active projects at any time, ensuring that each initiative meets scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. The position offers significant autonomy, direct visibility with senior leadership, and the opportunity to deliver high-impact projects in complex industrial and logistics environments.

Work Environment
This role operates in a primarily remote work environment, with candidates ideally based in regions such as Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois, or other locations in the Midwest and Northeast. The position requires approximately 20% travel to project sites, typically within a regional territory, with many site visits completed as day trips depending on project locations and needs. The Construction Manager supports fulfillment centers, distribution facilities, warehouses, manufacturing sites, and other industrial and large commercial facilities, often working within active, occupied, and operational environments. Projects follow a fast-paced delivery model, with roughly three to four months of preconstruction work followed by six to eight weeks of on-site construction. The work involves extensive collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, using tools such as AutoCAD, BIM platforms, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other construction scheduling and cost management software. The environment emphasizes safety, efficiency, and operational continuity while offering flexibility to structure travel and site visits around project demands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
