We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to oversee our commercial roofing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive flat roofing experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
- Manage, mentor, and support field crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations, company standards, and client expectations
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor job costs, track materials, and report on project performance
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork





Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with strong knowledge of flat and low-slope systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
- Prior leadership or management experience in construction or roofing required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety compliance preferred
- Valid driver"s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
