Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our client, a well-known world leading engineering consultant, in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Experience managing billion-dollar projects is needed.
Minimum requirements:
- 15–20+ years in heavy industrial construction
- Direct experience with hot strip mill or steel mill construction
- Proven track record delivering $2B+ capital projects
- Strong understanding of steelmaking processes (blast furnace, EAF, continuous casting, rolling)
- Experience managing construction contractors, union labor, and complex logistics
- Experience managing brownfield construction sites
- Familiarity with Pittsburgh‑area industrial permitting and environmental compliance
