Position Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Engineer to support a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI) task order at the FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory & District Office in Irvine, CA. The project involves replacement of an end-of-life laboratory vacuum pump system and correction of exhaust by directly ducting three Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) isolators to the outside via a new exhaust fan. This role serves as the full-time on-site CM/CI lead, providing combined Resident Engineer, Mechanical Inspection, Laboratory Systems Inspection, Safety Oversight, and Submittal Coordination support.
