Lead the successful execution of luxury residential renovation and custom construction projects throughout the Greater Boston and MetroWest markets. This role oversees all field operations, schedules, subcontractors, quality, budgets, and client relationships from project kickoff through completion.

Description
The Construction Manager - Residential will:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion.
- Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinatre closely with project manager, architects, designers, clients, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules and production timelines.
- Oversee site logistics, material procurement, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular production meetings and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional quality standards and craftsmanship throughout every phase of construction.
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, site photos, meeting notes, and safety records.
- Enforce safety compliance and uphold a secure, organized jobsite,
- Serve as the primary on-site representative, building strong client relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Supervise carpentry teams and subcontractors while maintaining accountability and project excellence.
Profile
A Successful Construction Manager - Residential should have:
- 5+ years of construction management, superintendent, or field leadership experience.
- Strong background managing high-end residential renovations, custom homes, luxury remodeling, or comparable large-scale commercial/multifamily projects.
- Experience overseeing subcontractors, tradespeople, carpentry teams, and field operations.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality control, and client-facing project delivery.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
- EPA RRP Certification required.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest Massachusetts.
