Position Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all field construction activities associated with specialty welding, fabrication, mechanical, and industrial construction projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with customer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes and regulations. As the primary field leader, the Construction Manager works closely with project managers, superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and craft personnel to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.
