Telecom Construction Manager / Inspector to oversee and inspect multiple small underground fiber projects across California. This role involves managing handhole/manhole placement and short fiber runs, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Supervise and inspect multiple telecom construction sites
Manage scheduling, contractor coordination, and reporting
Review and interpret telecom plans/prints
Oversee project close-out and quality control
Communicate daily/weekly with CMs
5+ years of telecom underground construction or CM experience
Strong skills in reading prints, reporting, and contractor management
Comfortable working in public/private ROW environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and standard management tools
Self-starter with excellent people skills and attention to detail
Laptop, phone with/ hotspot, valid driver’s license, ability to travel
OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)
BNSF/UPRR safety training (provided if needed)
