Job Description
The Construction Manager/Superintendent - Residential - MD will: - Independently manage daily field operations for a residential community from start to finish
- Coordinate site development activities, trade partners, inspectors, engineers, and internal departments
- Lead homeowner meetings and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customer communication
- Oversee construction schedules, quality control, safety compliance, and inspections
- Manage warranty service coordination and postclosing support
- Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Warranty teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain an organized, proactive, and detaildriven approach to running the jobsite with minimal supervision

The Successful Applicant
The Construction Manager/Superintendent - Residential - MD will have: - 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Background in production or semicustom homebuilding preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage homeowners
- Proven ability to independently run a jobsite and manage multiple trades
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with BuildPro or Homefront software is a plus
