Lead day-to-day mechanical construction activities on active job sites in the College Station, TX area
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple work areas to keep projects moving
Oversee mechanical and installation work while maintaining high standards for workmanship and quality
Manage jobsite schedules, manpower, productivity, and daily field priorities
Enforce site safety requirements and promote a strong safety-first culture
Monitor project progress and address field challenges before they impact schedules or quality
Perform and oversee QA/QC activities to ensure work meets project specifications and applicable standards
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to support accurate field execution
Provide hands-on field leadership and technical guidance when complex mechanical or piping issues arise
Maintain clear communication and documentation regarding project status, jobsite needs, and field conditions
Drive projects toward safe, efficient, high-quality, and on-schedule completion

Previous construction superintendent, mechanical superintendent, or comparable field leadership experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical or construction operations
Experience supervising field crews and coordinating subcontractors
Ability to oversee multiple active work areas and competing field priorities
Working knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, budgets, productivity, and quality control
Ability to monitor project schedules and drive work toward established milestones
Strong field coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work full-time onsite in College Station, TX
Residential, commercial, or industrial mechanical construction experience is highly relevant to this role
